Cutting edge traction technology

The Disc Trac helical LSD is engineered to deliver superior performance on the track. A 7 helical gear system drives smooth, seamless power to both wheels for maximum traction and stability, while a patented power transfer mechanism keeps power losses low so you hold speed and control through corners. The forged 20MnCr5 casing is hardened between 45 and 50 HRC, so the unit stands up to extreme loads and keeps performing lap after lap.

Every Disc Trac is designed around adjustability, strength and smooth engagement.

Customisable disc preload

A variable disc preload system lets you fine tune how aggressively the diff engages. Run it tighter for high speed grip or looser for smoother transitions, so the LSD suits your driving style and the track on the day.

Forged external casing

The casing is forged from 20MnCr5 steel, then precision CNC machined and hardened. It resists deformation under high torque, sheds heat well, and is designed to drop into a range of differential housings for a straightforward fit.

7 helical gear internals

The 7 helical gear set gives progressive, smooth engagement with no harsh locking. Paired with strategic friction surfaces for a balanced 50/50 torque split, it runs quietly and needs far less maintenance than a clutch type LSD.
