Common Differential Problems

Certain kind of Differtial noise:

  1. Continues whining, grinding, whistling, grabbing noises at certain speed such as 0 - 40Km/h, 40 - 60Km/h, 60 - 80Km/h, 80 - 100Km/h.
  2. On - Off noise at a certain speed such as 60 - 80Km/h or any particular gear like 4th or 5th gear.
  3. Differential Oil leaking from the pinion seal, wheel bearing seal or from the breather.
  4. Wheel bearing wearing out earlier than expected or popping out.
  5. Cornering noise, standing or moving noise Noise starts after drive shaft breaks (Ford and Holden IRS).
  6. Backlash noise and noise when shifting the gear from forward to reverse or first to second. (Common Problem in Mitsubishi Pajero and Nissan Navara etc.

Wheel Stud Patterns

We are able to make all the popular wheel stud patterns such as HQ, HT, HZ, HOLDEN, COMMODORE, F100 TYPE (5 X 5), FORD, NISSAN, MAZADA, TOYOTA, FLUIDER AXLES, or any type of custom stud pattern with maximum axle spline diameter 43mm.

Custom Axles

We can make almost any kind of custom made axle for standard Australian vehicle with a maximum flash diameter of 170mm and maximum splining diameter of 43mm. We can also make custom fully floater axles and drive shaft's middle parts for all the IRS differentials and many more kinds to suit most of the braking system.
